Western Plastics posts its specials on line each month, but throughout the month we come across stocks that need to be moved fast from our suppliers and distributors for one reason or another.

So we started gathering faxes and E-mails of our big stock movers and when an "Hot Stock" comes into play we inform our "Hot List" and if there is enough interest we buy the lot and give our "Hot List" first opportunity to buy the stock cheap.
